We connected the business Point of Sales system to QuickBooks and develop dashboard outline specific KPIs.
• How do we control margins on quotes and track – B2B.
We developed a quote in Excel to control what the sales team could change and build a Dashboard showing status & value of outstanding quotes.
• Control inventory wastage – Agriculture.
By using a data connection from the company’s refrigeration units around Cambodia – we collected the temperature data. With this we were able to consolidate with inventory stock levels and wastage – and build a Dashboard to highlight levels of concern.
